Get to know us
Great to meet you! We're Alpenglow West, or, less formally, Evan and Kendra. Kendra is a chemical engineer by training who started her career in manufacturing for Honeywell, then went on to lead operations with various energy infrastructure companies, most recently in manufacturing of utility scale batteries. Evan, has spent his career in the electric power sector, primarily building and operating businesses in a variety of market verticals. He spent 10 years at a family-owned electric supply company, was a director at a major power utility, and now leads operations at an energy services company.
While we’ve had successful careers, we are ready for our next challenge: acquiring, leading, and growing our own business.
Investment Focus
Industry
Light manufacturing or component assembly in all markets. Ideal markets: industrial controls, energy hardware, electrical components, instrumentation, and engineered products serving utilities, renewables, and infrastructure markets. Strong preference towards US manufacturing.
Location
Interested in acquisitions within the Mountain West and the Pacific Northwest (CO, UT, ID, NM, WY, OR, WA, AZ)
Partners
Companies with product market fit but needing someone to scale the business. US-based manufacturing preferred by market
(e.g. power generation, controls, advanced electronics). Businesses that could benefit from efficiency gains through operational and process improvement.
